This is a good point you have put forward in this post. the idea of hiring a permanent guest blogger is a great one as it will benefit both the parties and help form a long term association. Loved your post.

When a guest blogger goes on board, I’m usually on the look out for a new angle or a relatively different approach. I highly believe in the value of assigning a specific category to a guest blogger that way he is able to retain his own identity. Thanks!

Familiarity is vital in keeping or increasing a blog’s popularity so I’m all for permanent guest blogging. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Donna, By the way great post! I totally agree with you that in order to get a loyal following you must develop a relationship with your readers. This is how they will return to your blog as they are familiar with your writing. But when it comes to guest bloggers, there is no familiarity as they keep coming and going. However your idea of giving one or two a permanent place in your blog is a good idea and a unique one. Thanks i will certainly try it.
